  • Weekly Progress Tracking, Form Review & Check-ins: Mandatory weekly check-ins to hold you accountable and adjust the program to ensure you never plateau. This will be in the form of video call, or if you cannot video call; record videos of certain excersises so I can keep an eye on your progress- and make sure you are doing thing correctly.

  • Priority Support: Direct access to me to answer questions regarding training, nutrition, or recovery.
